If our criteria for the success of ATV is to be better than JRTV, then I think ATV will be a resounding success. Just the fact ATV is staffed by people with an IQ of 90 and above will ensure its success.
I suggest we let JRTV operate at present capacity, but without telling their staff that the broadcast has been shutdown. JRTV is good for the public interest in the sense that it will serve as the last resort of employment for the thousands of mentally and creatively challenged. You don't want those people on the streets selling chewing gum and taking business away from the poor.
